Books, Boats, and Crusing
Red Kit, generally known in English as Lucky Luke, was one of my childhood favorite comic books. His horse Dul-Dul and his dog rin tin tin take on adventures that entertains the reader and presents fine humor. The stories are based in Western life in the early days of America. Dalton Brothers, Jesse James, Billy The Kid, Calamity Jane were a few of the several that decorate Red Kit’s adventures. I posted cover of the very first issue that was published in Turkiye in Turkish.
We went to downtown for a dinner at Pizza House. The three young ladies wanted to eat the “Margherita.” The next stop was The Cup Cake Station. Nilsu, Nesli’s niece visiting us loved these cakes. Nesli and the girls also do, so there must be something I don’t get.. According to my daughters, Aylin and Yasemin, I am incapable of enjoying a fat Friday night dinner!
