Last night we went to see Meru, a documentary movie about three guys climbing one of the most challenging peaks in the world. It is amazing to see how determined a team can be to do something extremely risky and never done before. These are not ordinary individuals obviously, I do not envy (I do not climb!) what they did but I do envy their resolve and their commitment to team work, which was the only way to accomplish what they planned to do. By the way, one of the three is a Turkish descendant, Renan Ozturk. Here is the official youtube trailer.
